With a playoff win on the line, Clover rose to the challenge on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Boiling Springs Bulldogs as they made off with an 8-1 win. Clover might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine matchups by four goals or more this season.

Their offense was hitting Boiling Springs from everywhere, as eight different players booted in a goal.

Clover pushed their record up to 13-8 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up two goals over those five games. As for Boiling Springs, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-12 record this season.

Clover will challenge J.L. Mann at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. J.L. Mann's defense has only allowed 0.2 goals per game this season, so Clover's offense will have their work cut out for them. Boiling Springs does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
