Palmer faced Redington in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Wednesday. The Moose were the clear victors by  a  14-3 margin over the Huskies. The Moose haven't had any issues with the Huskies recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive  win against them.

Meanwhile,  Hartman   tossed 1.1 innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. He is becoming a predictor of Palmer's success: when he allows at  most two  hits the team is 2-1 (and 2-4 when he doesn't). At bat,  Craner  went 1-for-2 with three  RBI, two  runs,  and one  stolen base, while  Hartman  went 1-for-3 with two  runs and one  stolen base. Those  two  runs gave  Hartman a new career-high.

 In other batting news,  Avery Shults was  incredible,  going a perfect 3-for-3 with one  home run, five  RBI,  and two  runs. Those  three  hits gave  him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of  Mason Miller, who  got on base  in all three of his plate appearances with three  runs, one  stolen base,  and one  RBI.
 Palmer  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .531. They are  a perfect 3-0 when  they post an OBP of .513 or better.
Palmer's victory bumped their record up to 4-5. As for Redington,  they are  on  a  four-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 2-5.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Palmer will welcome Kodiak  at 6:30  p.m.  on Friday. As for Redington, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Delta  at 5:00  p.m.  on Friday.
