The victory (their sixth in a row) raised McDonogh 35's record to 7-3. Wright's defeat pushes them down to 1-8.
The Roneagles will take on KIPP Booker T. Washington at 3:30 p.m. ET on Friday. KIPP Booker T. Washington is also hoping to continue their momentum after a victory two weeks ago. As for Wright, they will go up against KIPP Renaissance at 7 p.m. ET. Both of these teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.
