With a playoff win on the line, Pine Prairie rose to the challenge on Monday. They blew past the Pine Raiders 7-1. The Panthers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 18 contests by six runs or more this season.

Pine Prairie is on a roll lately: they've won 22 of their last 24 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 30-4 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.9 runs on average over those games.
