If Pioneer was riding high fresh off their 8-2 takedown of Whitney last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Titans fell just short of the Cerritos Dons by a score of 4-3 on Tuesday. The Titans' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Pioneer's loss dropped their record down to 9-5. As for Cerritos, they pushed their record up to 10-5 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pioneer will face off against Oxford Academy at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cerritos, they will take on Glenn at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday. The Dons are facing the Eagles at the right time seeing as the Eagles are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
