Whitehaven came out on top against Kingsbury on Tuesday thanks in part to Jaylon Dodson's efforts. Dodson was dialed in as he pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. He played a big game the last time he faced Kingsbury back in April of 2024, so the team probably should've seen him coming. Dodson has become a key player for Whitehaven: the team is 2-1 when he allows at most one hit, but 2-4-1 otherwise.
