The Magnolia Sentinels are taking a road trip to square off against the Saddleback Roadrunners at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Magnolia is no doubt hoping to put an end to a six-game streak of away losses dating back to last season.
Last Friday, Magnolia was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 13-9 to Godinez Fundamental.

Meanwhile, Saddleback waltzed into their game on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They put the hurt on the Centurions with a sharp 42-21 win. That's two games straight that the Roadrunners have won by exactly 21 points.
It was another big night for Andre Scott, who threw for 310 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 14.8 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 87 yards and a touchdown on only ten carries. Andrew Alvarez was another key player, picking up 142 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
Saddleback was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 208 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 156 rushing yards in six consecutive matchups.
Magnolia's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Saddleback, they now have a winning record of 5-4.
