There's no place like home for Othello, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  on Tuesday. They blew past the Toppenish Wildcats 13-4 on Saturday. Considering the Huskies have won ten games by more than five  runs this season, Saturday's  blowout was nothing new.
Othello got a great performance from  Aiden Garza as he  struck out ten batters over  six innings while giving up  four earned runs off   six  hits. Garza has been consistent recently: he hasn't  tossed less than six  strikeouts in four consecutive appearances.
 At the plate,  Jordan Montemayor was a standout: he went a perfect 3-for-3 with two  stolen bases, three  runs,  and two  RBI. Those  three  hits gave  him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of  Zayvier Olazcon, who  went 3-for-4 with two  stolen bases, three  runs,  and one  double.
 Othello was getting hits left and right  and  finished the game having  posted a batting average of .548. That's the best  batting average they've posted all season.
Othello pushed their record up to 16-4 with the  victory, which was their tenth straight  at home. Those  home  wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.7 runs on average over those games. As for Toppenish,  this is the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 10-9.
