Zion Oge continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 14 points along with nine rebounds and three steals. Those three steals set a new season-high mark for she. The team also got some help courtesy of Ronnie White, who scored 13 points along with six rebounds.
Parkside pushed their record up to 3-1 with that win, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season. They've been dominating during the games in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 35.64 points. As for Mardela, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-2.
Parkside will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Bennett at 5:00 p.m. Mardela will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Washington at 4:30 p.m. on January 2, 2024.
