Lower Lake's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Monday after their third straight loss. They took a hard 53-35 fall against Kelseyville. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Lower Lake in their matchups with Kelseyville: they've now lost six in a row.
Meanwhile, Rancho Cotate was the victim of a rough 56-34 loss at the hands of San Marin on Tuesday. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Rancho Cotate has scored all season.
Despite their defeat, Rancho Cotate saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays. Korey Cook, who scored six points along with seven rebounds, was perhaps the best of all. Another player making a difference was Connor Kinerk, who scored seven points.
Lower Lake's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Rancho Cotate, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-3.
