The School for Entrepreneurship & Technology Lions's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their seventh straight loss. They were beaten by Monarch 73-20. School for Entrepreneurship & Technology was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 29-4.
It was another big night for Chris Prado, who dropped a double-double on 39 points and ten rebounds for Monarch. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Prado has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Geremiah Lindstrom, who scored 19 points along with six rebounds and four steals.
School for Entrepreneurship & Technology's defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-18. As for Monarch, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 14-8.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. School for Entrepreneurship & Technology will face off against Health Sciences at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Monarch, they will head out on the road to face off against King-Chavez Community at 3:45 a.m. on Thursday.
