Somerset had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They came out on top against the St. Croix Central Panthers by a score of 9-5 on Tuesday. The victory was nothing new for the Spartans as they're now sitting on four straight.

Somerset's win bumped their record up to 16-6. As for St. Croix Central, their loss dropped their record down to 13-9.

Somerset didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 14-4 defeat against Aquinas on the 4th. St. Croix Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
