Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Thornapple Kellogg). They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Reed City Coyotes 66-34. While the Trojans didn't have the best season last year (they finished 9-14), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Thornapple Kellogg has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.4 points per game. As for Reed City, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

Thornapple Kellogg wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 57-43 win against Lowell on the 4th. Reed City has also already played their next matchup, a 65-41 loss against St. Johns on the 4th.
