Several Lions players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Gavin French, who scored 15 points. French scored a full 33.3% of Miami Valley Christian Academy's points, the second time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Jack Durand was another key contributor, scoring 6 points along with 11 rebounds.
Miami Valley Christian Academy now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Seven Hills, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.
