The Butler Aviators's four-game losing streak came to an end on Tuesday. They walked away with a 48-36 victory over Greenville. The victory was just what Butler needed coming off of a 74-41 defeat in their prior contest.
Despite the loss, Greenville still got an impressive performance from Drew Hamilton, who scored 12 points along with three steals. Another player making a difference was Liam Jasenski, who scored 11 points.
Butler now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Greenville, their defeat was their third straight at home, which bumped their record down to 2-12.
Butler will take on Fairborn at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Greenville, they will head out on the road to challenge Troy at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Troy is coming into the matchup on a four-game losing streak.
