The Beachside Barracudas will face off against the Bartram Trail Bears at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.
Beachside took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Wednesday. They came out on top against Interlachen by a score of 13-9. The victory continues a trend for the Barracudas in their matchups with the Rams: they've now won three in a row.

Mallie Meadows and Lily Jurgens did most of the damage at the plate: Meadows scored three runs while going 3-for-3, while Jurgens scored four runs while going 2-for-3. That's the most hits Meadows has posted since back in February. Tatum Pocol was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two RBI and one double.
Beachside was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .400. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Interlachen only posted a batting average of .259.
Meanwhile, Bartram Trail waltzed into their game on Friday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They walked away with a 12-7 win over the Bulldogs.
Bartram Trail let Lucie McDonald and Shaelynn O'Brien run wild. McDonald went 2-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI, while O'Brien went 1-for-2 with three runs, one triple, and one RBI. Another player making a difference was Ryan Penzone, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-4.
Bartram Trail pushed their record up to 11-6 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.8 runs over those games. As for Beachside, their victory bumped their record up to 11-4.
Bartram Trail's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Beachside hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .328.
