Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Old Orchard Beach). They strolled past the Sacopee Valley Hawks with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 45-28. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Seagulls with their most commanding win of the season.

The victory snapped Old Orchard Beach's losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-10 record. As for Sacopee Valley, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-12.

Old Orchard Beach will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Winthrop at 5:00 p.m. on January 28th. As for Sacopee Valley, they will face off against Dirigo at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
