Southwind took the matchup and then some with a 41-0 victory on Friday over Overton. That result was just more of the same for Southwind, who also won the last time these teams played.
The win bumped Southwind's record up to 3-2. Overton are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-5.
Southwind will be staying on the road next week, facing off against Bolton. As for Overton, they will face off against Brighton. Overton come in off of three low-scoring performances in a row, a trend the team is obviously eager to reverse.
