 Even though they lost, Butler  hit smart and  finished the game with only two  strikeouts. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Baldwin struck out ten times.
 Baldwin's win bumped their record up to 6-11. As for Butler, their defeat was  their 14th straight at home dating back to last season, which  dropped their record down to 3-13.
