On Thursday Mikayla McAnally struck out ten batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits (and not a single walk). The effort also marked the fewest walks (zero) McAnally has had since back in March. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was her fourth in a row with less than one earned run. On the year, she has an ERA of 1.96 over 64.3 innings pitched.
