Kyle Reeves was his usual excellent self, scoring 20 points along with seven rebounds. Another player making a difference was Jaylen Hughes Ingram, who scored 12 points.
Belle Chasse pushed their record up to 11-7 with that victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.8 points per game. As for Pope John Paul II, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-5.
Belle Chasse will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Lakeshore at 5:00 p.m. on January 5th.
