It may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Christian Academy ultimately got the result they hoped for on Wednesday. They managed a 41-36 victory over Pee Dee Academy.
Meanwhile, Florence Christian scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They came out on top against Williamsburg Academy by a score of 80-70. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest victory Florence Christian has managed all season.
Christian Academy's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-8. As for Florence Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 3-13.
Christian Academy strolled past Florence Christian in their previous matchup two weeks ago by a score of 53-36. The rematch might be a little tougher for Christian Academy since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
