The Umatilla Bulldogs stacked  an  11th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Wednesday. They breezed by Tavares at home  to the tune of  53-21. Given Umatilla's advantage  in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings  (they are ranked 179th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 458th), the result  wasn't entirely unexpected.
 Umatilla had a senior duo take command as  Lauren Archer  dropped  a double-double on 16 points and 11  rebounds and  Trinity Brennan  scored 19 points along with three  steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points  Brennan has scored all season. Another player making a difference was  Alina Wilson, who  scored two points along with four  steals.
 Umatilla has  been performing  well recently as they've  won 11 of their last 13 games,  which provided a nice bump to their 18-4 record this season. As for Tavares, they have  traveled a rocky road recently having  lost four of their last five contests,  which put a noticeable dent in their 4-12 record this season.
 Umatilla and the Bulldogs will face off  at 6:00  p.m.  on February 2nd without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. As for Tavares, they will take on the Knights at 7:00  p.m.  on Monday.
