Armuchee won the last time they faced Temple and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Indians walked away with a 2-0 win over the Tigers. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Indians.

While Armuchee might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Temple scored at least 18 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-18.

Ansley Cordle paced Armuchee's offense, picking up nine kills. Cordle got some help from Ava Grace Crump and her 12 assists. Cordle was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

The victory was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 6-3. As for Temple, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season.

Coincidentally, Armuchee and Temple will both be playing Oak Mountain Academy the next time they take the court. The Indians will head out to face the Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Tigers will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
