Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Perry Central). They blew past the Shoals Jug Rox 70-20 on Saturday. The Commodores have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five contests by 20 points or more this season.

Perry Central pushed their record up to 8-4 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.6 points per game. As for Shoals, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11.

Perry Central and South Central will round out the year against one another at at 7:00 p.m. on December 30th. As for Shoals, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Vincennes Rivet at 6:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
