After losing to the John Champe Knights the last time they met, the Park View Patriots decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Park View pulled ahead with a 35-34 photo finish over the Knights. The win made it back-to-back wins for Park View.
Park View was led to victory by Carly Earnhart and Anna Helstrom. Earnhart dropped a double-double on 11 points and ten rebounds, while Helstrom dropped a double-double on 14 points and ten rebounds.
Park View's win ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 9-10. As for John Champe, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-11.
Park View will be playing at home against the Phoenix at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for John Champe, they will head out on the road to square off against the Spartans at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
