Calvary won the last time they faced Calvary Christian Academy and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Saints came out on top against the Knights by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Saints.

The win didn't come easy: Calvary Christian Academy scored at least 18 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-18.

Ainsley Johnson paced Calvary's offense, picking up 14 kills. Johnson got some help from Elesha Levine and her 19 assists. Levine was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Calvary's victory bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Calvary Christian Academy, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-11 record this season.

Calvary will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Illini Central at 9:00 a.m. As for Calvary Christian Academy, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Fisher on the 25th.
