Meridian is 0-6 against Christopher since February of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Meridian Bobcats will play host again and welcome the Christopher Bearcats, where tip off is scheduled for 6:15 p.m. Both teams come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Saturday, Meridian didn't have too much trouble with Webber at home as they won 50-31.
Meanwhile, Christopher strolled past Anna-Jonesboro with points to spare on Saturday, taking the game 61-42.
Meridian has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 13-7 record this season. As for Christopher, their victory bumped their record up to 12-9.
Meridian took a serious blow against Christopher in their previous meeting back in January of 2023, falling 68-39. The match was all but decided by halftime, at which point Meridian was down 41-14.
