The Abramson Commodores will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against the Livingston Collegiate Academy Wolves at 6:30 p.m. Both teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Abramson and seven for Livingston Collegiate Academy.
It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 66-31, which was the final score in Abramson's tilt against Warren Easton on Thursday. While losing is never fun, Abramson can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Louisiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 316th, while Warren Easton is ranked 115th).
Meanwhile, Livingston Collegiate Academy pushed their score all the way to 55 on Monday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They had to suffer through a rough 87-55 loss at the hands of Lakeshore.
Abramson's loss dropped their record down to 6-15. As for Livingston Collegiate Academy, they dropped their record down to 2-15 with that loss, which was their third straight at home.
Abramson beat Livingston Collegiate Academy 48-36 in their previous meeting back in January. Will Abramson repeat their success, or does Livingston Collegiate Academy have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
