Ileyah Sanchez made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out nine batters over 4.2 innings while giving up three earned runs off five hits (and not a single walk). She has been consistent: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in five consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, getting on base in three of her five plate appearances with three stolen bases, three runs, and one RBI.
In other batting news, Kyleena Stone was incredible, getting on base in all five of her plate appearances with two doubles, one stolen base, and one run.
