Humboldt extended their losing streak  to four  on Thursday, dropping their season record down to 1-9 in the process. They lost  21-8 to the Harding Knights. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Knights this season, as they also lost their prior matchup  22-7  two weeks ago.
As for Harding, the  win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-6. They might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven games by ten  runs or more this season.
 For Harding's part,  Marcela Deloye-Romero was  incredible,  firing off two  home runs, three  runs,  and three  RBI while going 3-for-4. Those  two  home runs gave  Deloye-Romero a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of  Cadence Lee, who  went 3-for-5 with four  runs, two  doubles,  and two  RBI.
 Coming up, Humboldt will host Washington Tech  at 4:00  p.m.  on Friday. As for Harding, they will head out to  take on Washburn  at 10:00  a.m.  on Saturday.
