Memphis East came tearing into Thursday's contest with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 21 points), and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Lausanne Collegiate Lynx 59-36. The Mustangs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five games by 23 points or more this season.

Memphis East's win bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Lausanne Collegiate, the loss snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 7-2 record.
