 Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Lincoln Northwest  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 12  hits. That's the most  hits they've posted since  back in August of 2023.
 The  win made it two in a row for Lincoln Northwest and  bumps their season record up to 3-5. As for Wilber-Clatonia, their loss dropped their record down to 3-7.
 Lincoln Northwest will be staying on the road  on Saturday to face off against McCook at 5:30  p.m. Lincoln Northwest will be hoping to continue their three-game streak of scoring more  runs each  matchup than the last. As for Wilber-Clatonia, they will take on Kearney Catholic at 2:00  p.m.  on Saturday. Kearney Catholic will roll in looking for their  fourth straight  victory, something Wilber-Clatonia surely won't give up without a fight.
