Iredell and Blum are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2020, but not for long. The Iredell Dragons will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against the Blum Bobcats at 5:00 p.m. on December 15th. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
After a 71-35 finish the last time they played, Iredell and Meyer decided to play a little more cautiously this time around. Iredell received a tough blow on Saturday as they fell 32-13 to Meyer.
Meanwhile, Blum was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap two weeks ago as they fell 32-28 to Frost.
Iredell has been struggling recently, as they've lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-5 record this season. As for Blum, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.
Iredell lost to Blum on the road by a decisive 39-25 margin when the teams last played back in January. Can Iredell avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
