The Cheyenne-Eagle Butte Braves will be staying on the road on Thursday to face off against the Miller Rustlers at 6:45 p.m. on December 21st. Hopefully Cheyenne-Eagle Butte focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 18 on Saturday.

Cheyenne-Eagle Butte's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Dayson Kennedy, who scored 13 points. Another player making a difference was Levi Elk nation, who scored ten points along with five rebounds and three steals.
Meanwhile, Miller's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. The match between Miller and Mt. Vernon/Plankinton wasn't particularly close, with Miller falling 54-38. Miller has not had much luck with Mt. Vernon/Plankinton recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
Cheyenne-Eagle Butte's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Miller, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.
Cheyenne-Eagle Butte might still be hurting after the 58-34 defeat they got from Miller in their previous meeting back in December of 2022. Can Cheyenne-Eagle Butte avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
