After a string of five wins, the College Park Falcons's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell to Campolindo 51-45. The match was a 25-25 toss-up at halftime, but College Park couldn't quite close it out.
College Park's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Michael Wray, who scored 11 points. Miles Smith was another key contributor, scoring eight points.
Campolindo was led to victory by Ren Marchetti and Tim Smith. Marchetti scored ten points along with six rebounds, while Smith scored 12 points along with five rebounds. Marchetti is trending in the right direction, as he's improved his point production for three games straight. Another player making a difference was Gavin Rendle, who scored seven points along with four steals.
College Park's defeat dropped their record down to 14-14. As for Campolindo, their victory bumped their record up to 21-6.
College Park does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Campolindo also has no future games currently scheduled.
