A Season-Best Performance from Miles Omalley Leads Maranatha over Linfield Christian
Sadly, Miles Omalley posting his best game of the season wasn't enough to lead Maranatha over Linfield Christian on Friday. Omalley rushed for 251 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 13.9 yards per carry, and also picked up 44 receiving yards, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 71-yard run.
If the past is any indication, Omalley could be in store for another big game when he takes on Western Christian on Friday. Back in September of 2023 (the last time Omalley saw the Fighting Lancers), he rushed for 235 yards and five touchdowns on only 14 carries, and also caught a touchdown.
