The Randle Lions will face off against the Lee Ganders at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Randle will be strutting in after a win while Lee will be coming in after a defeat.
On Friday, Randle strolled past Texas City with points to spare, taking the game 25-7. The 25-point effort marked the Lions' lowest-scoring game of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Ashton Johnson
| 10/10/25 @ Texas City | 154 |
| 08/29/25 vs Foster | 80 |
| 09/18/25 @ Fort Bend Marshall | 70 |
| 09/25/25 vs Iowa Colony | 50 |
| 09/04/25 @ Alief Elsik | 47 |
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Randle to victory, but perhaps none more so than Ashton Johnson, who picked up 154 receiving yards and a pair of scores. Those 154 receiving yards gave Johnson a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Tyler Skrabanek, who threw for 233 yards and three TDs on only 18 passes.
Randle was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 220 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 220 rushing yards every time they've taken the field this season.
Randle's defense stepped up as well, laying out the QB four times. In that department, Jalyn Burton was the leader with two sacks. Another thorn in Texas City's side was Julian Gerena, who made 16 total tackles and defended one pass in addition to snagging an interception.
Meanwhile, Lee was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They came up short against Terry, falling 41-21.
Randle will have to keep a close watch on Elijah Brown and Jacob Ramirez, a pair of players who had a big impact on Lee's prior game. Brown rushed for 140 yards, while Ramirez rushed for 89 yards on only 11 carries. Brown really tore up the turf during one magnificent 75-yard run.
Randle's victory bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Lee, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-5.
Everything came up roses for Randle against Lee when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as the team secured a 69-7 win. Will the Lions repeat their success, or do the Ganders have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
