Ralston has gone a perfect 6-0 against Twin River recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Rams are taking a road trip to face off against the Titans. Ralston is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.2 runs per game this season.
Ralston barely beat Beatrice the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Rams never let the Orangemen get on the board and left with a 6-0 win on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Rams have posted against the Orangemen since April 25, 2019.
The result came thanks to Daniel Blaufuss's shutout, as he gave up just three hits and racked up six Ks.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Jason Miner, who went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one triple. That's the most hits he has posted since back in April of 2025. Brayden Vandervort also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Twin River, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They put the hurt on Thurston-Cuming County with a sharp 15-5 win on Tuesday. The Titans haven't had any issues with Thurston-Cuming County recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.
Braedyn Ramaekers was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he struck out six batters over three innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. Ramaekers was even better at the plate, going 2-for-4 with four RBI, one stolen base, and one run.
In other batting news, Brayden Santos was excellent, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with three runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. Colston Rodriguez was another key player, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with two runs.
Twin River was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .391. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Thurston-Cuming County only posted a batting average of .211.
Twin River's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Ralston, their record now sits at 3-1.
Thursday's matchup might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Ralston has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .468. However, it's not like Twin River struggles in that department as they've averaged .483. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Ralston got the 'W' when the teams last played back in March of 2025 against Twin River by a conclusive 12-2 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Rams since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
