Last Friday, West Ridge was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 65-59 to Chilhowie.
Meanwhile, Jellico waltzed into their contest Wednesday with three straight wins but they left with four. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past Carter 70-68.
Carson Bolton continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 46 points along with eight rebounds. The contest was his 12th in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Dre Webb, who scored six points along with six rebounds and three steals.
West Ridge's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Jellico, the victory got them back to even at 7-7.
