The Switzerland County Pacers will head out on the road to face off against the Rising Sun Shiners at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Rising Sun suffered a rough 63-41 loss at the hands of Lawrenceburg on Saturday. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Rising Sun in their matchups with Lawrenceburg: they've now lost eight in a row.
Switzerland County's victory bumped their record up to 10-7. As for Rising Sun, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-15 record this season.
Switzerland County strolled past Rising Sun in their previous matchup back in December of 2023 by a score of 65-50. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was Rising Sun's Brody Morris, who scored 19 points along with seven rebounds. Now that he's got a second chance to win this matchup, will Switzerland County still be able to contain Morris? There's only one way to find out.
