The squads are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Crismon has struggled recently with three losses in a row, while the Lions will arrive with eight straight wins.
Last Tuesday, Crismon suffered a rough 53-30 defeat at the hands of the Knights.
In what's become a running theme this season, Pusch Ridge Christian Academy gave their fans yet another huge win on Wednesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Gilbert Christian 57-30 on the road.
Pusch Ridge Christian Academy's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Hannah Johnson, who scored 11 points along with five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Sedona Dietrich, who scored 17 points.
Crismon's defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 5-16. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 26.0 points per game. As for Pusch Ridge Christian Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 16-7 record this season.
