Lawrenceburg hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Franklin County struck out eight times.
Lawrenceburg's win bumped their record up to 14-6. As for North Decatur, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-7.
Lawrenceburg's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: North Decatur hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .317. It's a different story for Lawrenceburg, though, as they've only averaged .248. Will they be able to contain North Decatur's hitters?
