Graden Pontius Turns in Season-Best Performance
On Friday, South Callaway got the W thanks in part to Graden Pontius playing the best football he has all season. Pontius rushed for 244 yards and five touchdowns on only 14 carries, and also threw for 40 yards and a touchdown.

His longest rush was for an impressive 54 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.
Wright City's defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 4-3. Humphreys and Wright City will challenge Montgomery County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
