Fairfax Baptist Temple Academy unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They came up short against the Northern Virginia HomeSchool Centurions on Friday, falling 3-0.

Northern Virginia HomeSchool pushed their record up to 9-1 with the win, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season.
