Chester's defense was in the mix too, especially the secondary: they snagged two passes before it was all said and done. Jensen picked up that interception and then proceeded to rub salt in the wound by taking it back the other way for a touchdown.
Burney's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Chester, their win bumped their record up to 2-0.
Burney didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Chester in their previous matchup back in October of 2023, but they still walked away with an 18-12 victory.
