The Bastrop Bears will take on the McCallum Knights at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
McCallum will be up against a hot Bastrop team: the squad just extended their winning streak to six. Everything went Bastrop's way against Anderson on Monday as Bastrop made off with an 18-1 win.

Molleigh Goertz looked comfortable as she tossed four innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in strikeouts (four).
At the plate, Lanie Coy was a standout: she went a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one triple. Madison Perez was another key player, getting on base in all four of her plate appearances with three RBI, two runs, and one triple.
Bastrop was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .517. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .350 or higher in six consecutive matchups.
Meanwhile, McCallum got the win against Richards School for Young Women Leaders on Monday by a conclusive 13-1. The victory was familiar territory for the Knights, who have now won three contests in a row.
McCallum got a massive performance out of Lila Brotherton, who scored three runs and stole Two bases. while going 2-for-2. Brotherton also hit a triple, marking her first of the season. Another player making a difference was Isabela Vaca, who scored two runs while going 2-for-3.
Bastrop pushed their record up to 10-6-1 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.7 runs on average over those games. As for McCallum, their victory bumped their record up to 7-4.
Tuesday's game will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Bastrop hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .445. However, it's not like McCallum struggles in that department as they've averaged .462. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Bastrop took their win against McCallum when the teams last played back in February of 2018 by a conclusive 8-1. Will Bastrop repeat their success, or does McCallum have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
