Nixa got themselves on the board against Waynesville on Tuesday, but Waynesville never followed suit. They blew past the Tigers 11-0. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won seven contests by eight runs or more so far this season.

Nixa is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.6 runs over those games. As for Waynesville, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 5-11.
