After a string of six wins, the University Prep Value Wolves's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They took a 56-52 hit to the loss column at the hands of West Adams.
Leading West Adams to victory were Cesar Santiago and Juan Sanchez. Santiago scored ten points along with five assists and five rebounds, while Sanchez scored 12 points along with eight rebounds and four steals. The game was Sanchez's seventh in a row with at least ten points. Justin Cortez was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with five assists and five rebounds.
University Prep Value's loss dropped their record down to 12-5. As for West Adams, their victory bumped their record up to 5-6.
