If the MaxPreps state rankings hold true, the near future looks bright for George County. They will challenge Jim Hill on the road at 2:00 PM on Saturday. The two teams have had a rocky road up to this point with five consecutive losses for George County and three for Jim Hill.
It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 0-43, which was the final score in George County's tilt against Brandon last Friday. George County were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 0-23.
Meanwhile, Jim Hill have to be hurting after a devastating 0-29 loss at the hands of Terry. Jim Hill were down by 0-23 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
With both teams hitting sour notes in their previous games, they will no doubt be looking to produce a better outcome in this one. Hopefully the teams can find a way to make up for their last outings by putting some points on the board this time.
